Artist Info: Marts

Marts is best known in Lithuania as the singer and lyricist of the Šiauliai-based indie rock outfit Lygiailyja and the experimental side project Sweet Energy. His journey through sound began in the early ‘90s, when his first collaborations with various artists surfaced between 1993 and 1995—a period marked by bold experimentation and restless creativity.

By 2004, a new chapter began. With fresh musical ideas and expanding technical horizons, Marts dove headfirst into a renewed wave of creativity. [read more...]
