Madmed, stylised as MADMED and formerly known as Mad Medicine (MAD MEDiCiNE), is a seven member idol group from Japan. The group was formed as Mad Medicine on April 17, 2022 but rebranded to Madmed on January 9th, 2025 with the system change.

The group’s slogan is “Be madly independent”.
