In the aftermath of the break up of Force Of Change Phil and Matze decided to form a new band unlike anything the area of Muenster, Germany, had ever seen. After winning Dennis (played Drums for The Deadtil may 2007) as the beat machine, Matze managed to convince Dirk (the earliest Force Of Change guitarist) to give up on musical retirement and join Lock And Load on 2nd guitar.
