There are at least four bands by the name Lethal Dose.

An indie rock band from Toronto, Canada (2003-2007). Dimitri Farkov (DF) - bass, vocals, Denis Marin (DM) - guitar, Denis "Special" K - drums.

And a hardcore band from Warsaw, Poland. Pawel Kafara - vocals, guitar; Marian Lech - bass, supporting vocals; Maciej Powojewski - drums.
