lecca (レッカ) (born as Saitou Reina (斎藤礼伊奈) on February 26, 1979 in Tokyo, Japan) is a reggae/R&B/dancehall Japanese singer who made her debut in 2005 with the indie album called ''rekka''. Her indie era finished when she re-started her career with Avex Trax and the mini album ''Dreamer'', that was released on the 26th April 2006.
