1. Vasily Konev is a russian song-writer and singer from Orenburg.

2. KONEV is a Finland/Tampere electronic/live-music trio.
"KONEV"-name comes from finnish word "kone" which actually means "machine". "KONE" is also a very big finnish/multinational corporation that builds elevators. So maybe this is some kind of new twisted industrial elevator music...:)
