There seem to be at least 2 very different artists using this name. Can anyone help?

Kiala is Kiala Nzavotunga born in Congo-Zaire, he is part of Ghetto Blaster and has worked on many projects with a fairly wide variety of musicians from Fela Kuti to Jagatara and Doctor L.
