Kelv was an Alternative, Electronica, Art Rock artist from Leicester, United Kingdom. Kelv worked with various musicians in and around Leicester during the late 1970's and early 1980's to record and perform live, most notably with The Lipids, The Attitude and Companionable Ills, as either bass player or on percussion.
