KAR Songs is comprised of Keith Aaron Ruggiero, a singer/songwriter based in Los Angeles, CA. Ruggiero is no stranger to the music scene, having exploded out of NYC in 2001 with his electropop band Soviet (Ministry Of Sound, Mogul Electro, Head Records). He spent the past two years on the road promoting his album "We Are Eyes. We Are Builders," developing a loyal following around the globe.
