Jay Buchanan(born on born 6 July 1975 in San Bernardino, California) is an American singer, songwriter, and musician best known as the lead vocalist of the rock band Rival Sons. Active since the mid-2000s, he has released solo material, collaborated with a wide range of artists, and contributed to film soundtracks.

Before joining Rival Sons, Buchanan released solo material and performed under his own name, blending folk, Americana, blues, and acoustic songwriting.
