Artist Info: Inspector General

Inspector General (occasionally styled as INS-GEN), established in 2011, is the project band of independent producer alias Kenickie MacGee who has a love for 80's synthpop and collects synthesizers. They identify as genderfluid and use they/them pronouns. Kenickie considers themself a part of the New Romantic revival scene. The band is currently unsigned, but hopes to sign onto an indie label eventually.

The project covers an extensive range of genres, from new wave and somewhat lighthearted synthpop to industrial, post-punk, and gothic rock. [read more...]
