Ike Willis (born Isaac Willis on 12 November 1955; died 17 May 2026) was an American vocalist and guitarist remembered for being a regular member of Frank Zappa's studio and touring bands from 1978 until the last tour in 1988.

For 17 years, Willis was an essential component of Frank Zappa's music: as lead singer and rhythm guitarist, joining Zappa on six world tours, and appearing on no less than 30 of Zappa's official releases (most recently the posthumous Trance-Fusion and Buffalo) until Zappa's death from prostate cancer in 1993.
