hǫnd is a doom metal band consisting of an inept visionary, a seasoned musician, and a young brave.
hǫnd was formed in a decommissioned cold storage warehouse in western Norway in the autumn of 2022.
In no way out to break rules, nor stray from any trend, hǫnd is
semi-improvised, capturing the emotions of its members, thus becoming both
predictable and unpredictable, chained, unbound, and free.

They released their debut album “hands” on October 6,
2023.
