James Hickey has a flamboyant personality and a knack for saying and playing it as it is. Over the years he has developed his own rhythmic, alt-country/blues approach to acoustic performance.

After more than 10 years performing in pubs and clubs around Adelaide and Australia, his first official ep 'Signal Girl' was released 1st February 2013. This ep features one of Laura Hill's bandits, Craig 'Grace' Kelly on double bass.
