Artist Info: Guyokai

Guyokai is a electronic project by Jordan Cable.

His most notable projects include Furik (electro 2002-2014), Cadogan (shoegazer rock 2006-2008), and Chandaka (death metal 2009).

From 2014 to 2018, Jordan worked under Yung Old and Cajole Brand. The majority of the songs have since been recomposed and re-released as GUYOKAI.

The project incorporates notable sounds from the 90s and 00s and meshes them with modern hip-hop and dream-pop.

The visual side of the project includes imagery of the early internet and the cosmos. [read more...]
