1) Grotesque was a Swedish death/black metal band formed in Gothenburg, Sweden in September 1988 from the remains of Conquest by Kristian Wåhlin (Necrolord) and Per Nordgren (Virgintaker) with the addition of Tomas "Tompa" Lindberg (Goatspell).
