"From: New York, USA. The Epic Splendor were a studio band put together by Capitol Records in New York. The band was signed to record and release music on Capitol’s new subsidiary label Hot Biscuit. In November 1967, The Epic Splendor released the single “A Little Rain Must Fall” / “Cowboys And Indians.” The A-side was a local hit, but it was “Cowboys And Indians” that caught the attention of psych fans.
