Artist Info: Dxn

DXN aka Dan Cross is an electronic music producer and sound artist. He has also produced several short films. Born in Bristol 1975 he grew up in Wotton-Under-Edge, in rural Gloucestershire. After Graduating from the Hull School of Art and Design (BA hons Phonic Art) in 2001, he began developing his sound, and performing at various venues around Hull.
Often compared to Plaid and Autechre his sound is melodic, glitchy, complex, dark and uplifting with emphasis on texture and subtle emotive atmosphere [read more...]
