1) Doll Squad is an alternative rock from Seattle, Washington, formed in 1987 and initially disbanded in 1989 before reforming in 2008. The band was formed by Mara Dralle (vocals) and Helen Halloran (rhythm guitar, backing vocals) after the dissolution of their previous project, The Corn Dogs. Cathy Watson was then recruited as lead guitarist, followed by a drummer, Patty Schemel, who was suggested to them by drummer Bon Von Wheelie of Girl Trouble. [read more...]
