DISTORTION ACT is an internet-based band that formed through different social media platforms in 2021.

In 2020, Noah Gazmen formed the all-internet band A PLACE TO DISAPPEAR. The group dropped singles as well as their debut EP THE OTHER SIDE IS LOVELY. In the beginning of 2021, Noah decided to end the group and quickly rebrand it as DISTORTION ACT using different social media platforms.
