Dimentia 13 were a psychedelic garage rock band from Ohio, active throughout the late 1980's and led by now Buddhist priest, musician, and author Brad Warner. Heavily influenced by artists such as Syd Barrett, Soft Machine, and the Electric Prunes. Keeping their identities a secret at the time, they relesed five records, 1985's self-titled debut, 1987's Mirror Mind, 1989's Disturb the Air, 1990s T.V. Screen Head, and 1991's Flat Earth Society on the independent New York label Midnight. [read more...]
