1) Detonation is a melodic death metal and arguably thrash metal influenced band from Zeist, Netherlands, originally formed as Infernal Dream in 1997 by Koen Romeijn (vocals, guitar), Thomas Kalksma (drums) and Mike Ferguson (guitar).
