Born in Melbourne, Australia. dashdotdash took an interest in music and was given a Musical Keyboard for his 17th Birthday which he gained a deeper fondness for music. In August of 2011, dashdotdash decided to make some music for his own personal enjoyment and to use in the game Audiosurf. Making songs to play on Audiosurf was the inspiration for the first albums name "Audiosurfer" the songs.
