CTRL formed in 2008 when 3 of the band members, knowingly interested in the same music went to watch a band together. After thinking they would one day want to share the same stage with that band, they then used that day to create their first song. "This Is Not A Ticket" was born soon after. Ryan Berry, Jack Lawrence and Joe Eatherden then went on to create their first EP, ‘The Juggernaut Project’.
