Andrew Carter is a House and French House producer from Fresno, California, member of the now-defunct label Smetz Records since 2016. Carter, known as Cry Guy and also Lasik and Villilapsi, released 2 EP's on Smetz, the self titled EP Cry Guy and Midsummer EP.
