"In early 2020, Nightwish and their crew were getting ready for world tour/ In mid-March, COVID hit with full force, essentially stopping the entertainment industry dead in its tracks. For how long, nobody knew. During the weeks and months it became clear that COVID-19 had escalated into a pandemic and would not leave us in awhile.
The world tour was supposed to begin in March in China. First the spring dates were cancelled, then the summer, then the rest of the year. Over 80 shows vanished from the itinerary. [read more...]
