Artist Info: Coybito

Coybito were a three-piece indie-punk band from Coventry. Their best known line-up was Shiori Coybito, Johnny H and Chris Blood. Other members included Stu Simpson, later of the Blackbelts; and Nerve Harvest frontman Matt Organic.

The band formed in 2001, originally as the live band for Techno Logic!, and split up in 2008. They were notable for their chaotic live shows and dissonant, drum-machine led sound.

They released two EPs, 'Journeys Through the Moral Zeitgeist' and 'Apocalypse Cultures'. [read more...]
