There are at least three artists with the name Cornelia, the South African singer Cornelia Moller, the Swedish singer Cornelia Dahlgren, and the singer-songwriter Cornelia based in San Francisco.

Although born in Hamburg, Germany, Cornelia Moller came to South Africa at the age of 3. She had a huge hit in 1968 in South Africa with 'Picking Up Pebbles'.
