Completebastards was formed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2001. The band featured ex. American Radio Police drummer, Scottie Police (Señor Policia) on drums and lead vocals and guitarist Aaron (Ace) Valentine. The band also included Andy Lanser (Dub Yoko-ono) on bass and front-man lip-syncher/fly-guy Nigel Bastard. Andy Lancer was eventually replaced by Andy (Gary) Dennison on bass.
