1. Chime is Harvey Goldfinch, an electronic producer from Leeds, England producing electronic music since 2010 under numerous aliases, including the notable DnB act 'Caution & Crisis', formed with his younger brother who now produces under 'Fluent', as well as the alias Dec3mber, used in 2014.
