Artist Info: Chainsaw Sacrifice

Chainsaw Sacrifice is a thrash'n'death recording project led by Den K from Anchorage Alaska. On the First Cuts EP, Den K handled the recording, music, lyrics, guitar, and distribution. Another prominent participant is a virtuoso multi-instrumentalist Lex Gavron from Asvenzim, a russian death metal band. Lex was at the time (1998-99) a student in Anchorage. Lex produced the drum tracks for First Cut and most of Steel. After Lex went back home to russian far east, Den K programmed the rest of drums in a similar style to Lex's earlier demos. [read more...]
