Case Mayfield (real name: Kees Veerman, born 1987 in Volendam, The Netherlands) is a Dutch singer-songwriter based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Mayfield first gained some prominence by winning the 'popular vote' of the Grote Prijs van Nederland singer-songwriter contest in 2010. Play It Again Sam (PIAS) signed him up and released his debut album, The Many Colored Beast (2012), to rave reviews in.
