Sebastian Hoff a.k.a. Promo was born on the 12th of April 1976, and started mixing very soon.
When he was 19, he already had a hit on Thunderdome IX - The Revenge Of The Mummy, his alias was Section-8 (together with The Prophet). A second big hit was a remix of the song "Don't Speak", although he did it to bully his brother who played in a band.
