Instigator and resident 'non' DJ at legendary Birmingham electronic music club Oscillate throughout the 90's, while releasing a number of albums as The Higher Intelligence Agency. Continues to play occasional live dates as H.I.A. - in 2007 performed at the Detroit Electronic Music Festival.
