Artist Info: Boab

Boab is the solo work of Robbie Houston, frontman of the Glasgow post-punk band Sweaty Palms. When Houston started Sweaty Palms ten years ago, he couldn’t play an instrument. This began a devotion to intuitive non-professionalism in all of his work. Boab salvages from the sub-conscious, the most feral feeling through lending an ear to minimal, repetitive cycles.
