BluRum13 is an American rapper, performer and recording artist. Born in New York as James Sobers but schooled the Washington DC area he has dropped records on Rope Ninja Tune, Fat Beats and Jazz Fudge.

Working as the front man for many Bands, theartist is a constant collaborator. Some of the groups he's touched are One Self (DJ Vadim, Yarah Bravo), Reverse Engineering, Bullfrog (Kid Koala), Us3, Dj Click and the True Ingredients.
