Billy Cobb is an American indie rock artist from Pennsylvania whose sound often involves the styles of Power Pop and Pop Punk. He maintains a YouTube channel where he posts music-related content, ranging from original music to covers to parodies and shitposts. Cobb is also known for being highly prolific, having released multiple EPs and at least one album every year since 2016.
