billcarson is a one-man, lo-fi electronic and ambient music project from Waterford City, Ireland. Formed in 2010 by artist Goocha McArdle (Steve) out of pure and utter boredom.
billcarson creates mellow, multi-instrumental electronic and acoustic music while utilising the DIY and underground ethics of punk rock and independent music. All of the sounds found in billcarson's songs are created by Goocha using a variety of sources.
