Artist Info: Basstek

Basstek is the musical project of Poland-born musician Marcin BÅ‚aszczyk.
After leaving a previous band (of which he was the drummer) in 2001, Marcin started composing tracks on his computer. This was Basstek's birth.

The music is heavily-influenced by Marcin's love of electronic and jazz, but also contains elements of experimental and breakbeat music.

His first album titled Natural Experience was released in Feb. 2010, and is available on his website for free download. [read more...]
