Artist Info: Bailiwick

Bailiwick is a Saratoga Springs, NY based folk band formed in September of 2009 by four Skidmore College students.

"When highly reactive chemicals touch, they form a product that is far greater than either of the raw materials could ever have been. People aren't really like that, for the most part.
