Baabel* was formed by Stef McGlinchey in London in 1987 and split up in Edinburgh in 1993.

The Kreuzberg 88 EP was recorded in Berlin in October 1988 with Carol MacRae on vocals. Carol had been living in Berlin and working with famous German producer Conny Plank until his death the previous year. The EP was recorded at Thomas Hartmann's 8-track studio and features Sven Regener (Element of Crime) on trumpet. [read more...]
