Apollo 13 was formed in 2002, growing out of Mike MacFarland and Shannon Savoie's attempts to record their musical musings, the band's name referring to the hodge-podge collection and sketchy wiring of the recording equipment. Their music is primarily rock mixed with various portions of pop, techno, acoustic, jazz and blues.
