There are at least three known bands with the name Amsterdam.

1. A pop/rock group from Liverpool, United Kingdom
2. A 1970s psychedelic rock band from The Netherlands
3. Hard rock band featuring Ronnie Borchert, with grinding guitars, great vocals & some excellent song writing.
