Aloha Tigers are a dream pop duo from Blooomington, IL consisting of singer/multi-intrumentalist Nick Aister and producer Michael Wharfield, who have just completed their first, self titled LP. Their sound is sad, hazy, hypnotic and blissed out, combining shoegaze, R&B , piano ballads, and classic pop hooks, with a heavy emphasis on dark, literate, and emotionally complex lyrics.
