Artist Info: Alaska Range

ALASKA RANGE was founded 1966 by three pupils in Horgen/Switzerland. Herbert de Mont (guitar, flute), Heinz Kleiner (bass) and Roland Eggli (drums) wanted to have some fun and tried to experiment. Several gigs at youth center and schooltreats followed and they could reach for some prices during several nationwide music competitions later on. Eggli was honoured to be the best swiss drummer and ALASKA RANGE played many gigs as the supporting act for bands from England and the Netherlands. [read more...]
