Artist Info: Advanced Switchblade

Advanced Switchblade was a Melodic Death Metal-band from Trondheim, South Trondelag. Formed in 2008, the band featured prominently on the Metallist-fest. The band split up in August 2009 when guitarist Børge Olsen Silset died of drug abuse. In late 2009, they parted ways with each other.

After the band-split, Martin Angelus Aakvik and Jacek Kurazek got together again and are currently making a new band in the metalcore genre.
