1) Ablation is a brutal death metal supergroup, comprised of Devin Swank of Sanguisugabogg (vocals), Rich Nagasawa of Dehumanized (guitar), Eric Morotti (drums) and Derek Boyer (bass), a former and current member of Suffocation respectively.

2) Ablation is a thrash metal band from Montreal, QC, Canada, formed in 1991. They released one promotional demo in 1992 titled Possession of Your Soul.
