Shun started recording at I Manifest Studios with Illmatic in the summer of 2011. He then later remet with his old friend Flovatt whom he hadn't seen since they were in middle school. Shun asked Flovatt to do a collab track with him at I Manifest. After seeing such positive feedback they got together off their first duo track, they decided to work together from then on and also work on their individual stuff.
