17th Class formed in Rochester, NY, United States on the year 2000 when young suburban kids picked up gear and tried to play. They broke up in 2004 and parted ways for the most part. 17th Class played fast thrashy 80's style punk with semi-snotty vocals, the east coasts answer to Sick Pleasure.
