Artist Detailed Info: Vindictive Silence

Vindictive Silence is a four piece alternative rock band from Guayaquil, Ecuador. Its members are Carlos Murgueitio (guitar and vocals), Alejandro Varas (bass), Fernando Hurtado (drums) and Jorge Cevallos (keyboards, backing vocals and loops).

They are heavily influenced by Prog-Rock acts such as King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Brian Eno, Tool... and a diverse universe of artist like Philip Glass, Alice in Chains, Black Sabbath, Nirvana, Soundgarden, Miles Davis, John Coltrane and Ludwig Van Beethoven.

In february 2012 they released a collection of three songs entitled The End of the Street EP.
